Whether you made a drastic hair change or kept a short hair for years, the time may come when you’re ready to grow your hair out. Unfortunately, growing out your locks isn’t so simple. It can take a lot of time, patience, and even several salon visits.

With Virgin Malaysian Hair, it is easy to get that stunning look. All you need to do is take care of it as you would with normal hair.

If you want to keep your Malaysian Hair flowing gracefully, follow these simple tips:

Comb

Each day we recommend that you comb your hair at least twice a day using a wide-tooth comb or brush to get rid of tangles. If you brush it each morning after waking up, and each night before going to sleep, this will help to prevent excessive tangling.
Comb your hair before shampooing and conditioning to spread the products evenly. If done properly, this also can help prevent your hair from tangling.

Pre-Condition

Pre-condition your hair before washing. After combing, apply a thin layer of conditioner. Make sure you do not rinse it before applying the moisturizing shampoo.

Wash and Condition

Use quality hair products to wash and condition your hair. Try to stay away from any alcohol base products as this can cause dryness and damage the hair.

Wash and condition your hair with moisturizing shampoo and conditioner. Like normal hair, Malaysian Hair needs moisturizing oils. Use shampoos and conditioners with moisturizing oils to preserve its shine and overall quality.

Comb your hair in the same direction throughout when washing, conditioning, and rinsing your hair. When combing your hair, brush from top to bottom. Never horde or ruffle your hair, as this can cause tangling.

Condition your hair every night. In a spray bottle, create a mixture of 50 percent conditioner and 50 percent water. Shake it up and spray it onto your hair. Once thoroughly wet, brush your hair out. Do this before going to bed to prevent your hair from tangling in your sleep.
